Old O2 sensors will work, hard to get out of old converter
This fit perfectly in my 2004 CRV. The front O2 sensor was almost too short to reach the fitting, but it worked. No engine lights on after first test drive. Warning, it is very difficult to get to the manifold area to mount this Cat. Make sure you have an angle grinder, rotary tool with grinder, and good hard metal drill bits to get the old cat off. If old and rusted, you will have to grind off and drill out bolts on manifold. Once old cat removed, all the parts that came with this product worked as expected. The springs on the mounting bolts are very strong. you will need to use a lot of muscle to get the bolt up into the manifold hole to mount the cat, but it can be done. This product saved me 100s of dolllars.

Hardware incorrect.
Fits my 2000 crv pretty good. Decent value for the cost. The hardware is too big. Either drill out the holes in the front pipe or order the correct stuff. My advice is order all the hardware and whatever Haslett you need ahead of time. I had to buy local and pay double the price online.

Some Modification Required
I purchased this to see if it would clear up my P420 code, and I am happy to report it has after 2 weeks of daily commuting.Out of the box, it appears to be a well made product for the price. It includes 2x spring bolts, 3x HHCSs for the resonator flange, 1x collector flange gasket and resonator flange O-ring. The welds are a little wormy, but have good penetration where it matters. The NE climate and salt brine winters will determine how well these hold up and if they used the correct weld wire.Once you have the existing CAT removed, compare all the new peices to the existing parts. I installed this on a UK built (to US specs) 2005 CR-V and found the following issues.1.) Spring Bolts are M10s and existing are M8s.2.) Collector gasket was about 1/4" oversized on the ID and OD. (I bought a different one.)3.) The down pipe to Flange joint interfered with manifold diverter blade, so I ground it smooth on inside.4.) The overall length was about 3/4" shorter than stock. My install experience may be a different than others, but my existing CAT was heavily rusted.1.)The existing spring bolts came out fine, but couldnt be reused. Therefore, I chiseled off the factory tacked nuts from the collector flange. This was a pain since the K Member limits your access, but it is doable. The springs in this kit are signifactly taller than stock, so I needed to compress the spring inorder to start the nuts. Do NOT use the stock springs with these bolts, because they will not apply enough tension to seal.2.) Another review said the O2 wires were barely long enough to reach the O2 bungs. I did not experience that issue, but anticipate they must have flip flopped the Upstream and Downstream O2s. Take pictures or match mark the O2s when removing them, so you put them in the correct location.3.) The CAT to Resonator flange connection was fussed together with rust and the hardware was almost non existent, so I cut the bolts (nut side) with a resip saw and beat the flange apart with a 3lb sledge. The new hardware and O-ring gasket worked perfectly.Everything sealed up well and seems to be performing as expected. I wouldnt hesitate to install another one of these on a KA, and if you're handy and have some basic power tools at your disposal go ahead and give this kit a try. It is by far the most economical option available and likely gives your KA a 3-5HP gain.

Everyone is right, it’s too short. Failed quickly.
I mean for this price what do you expect. As a mechanic by trade, I was skeptical, but customer wanted cheap. While I advised him that cheap in this case wasn’t better, he said “order it”. While installing, it was too short (nothing a mixture of different hardware and the OEM gasket and a ratchet strap couldn’t fix) however, he came back in a week saying the check engine light was on. I pulled the code, sure enough, p0420 (cat efficiency below threshold). My STFT’s look fine meaning I’m not dumping a bunch of raw fuel into the catalytic converter, so it was obviously a manufacturer defect. Here is my biggest complaint; In the box there was a card that stated the catalytic converter had a year long warranty. While the Amazon warranty had lapsed, the “manufacturer” warranty had not. I have tried contacting them and not a single email back.Poor, poor, poor customer service. I’d stay far away.

Surprising!
Aftermarket catalytic converters are historically poor performing and often toss a check engine light. This one, however, has been perfect. Scan data shows it performing wonderfully. Can't beat the price, it fit perfectly and functions as it should!

It'll do the job, sort of
This goes in my FWD 2007 Honda CR-V. I should have paid more attention when ordering: it does NOT include the tabs to mount the heat shield. Note the comparison photo between original and this replacement. FYI, those new O2 sensors were purchased separately. Also beware; the rear flange is almost too large for factory muffler. Also, if you order this unit make sure you save your original bolts/springs to mount to the exhaust manifold. The hard mounted nuts on the exhaust manifold are 8x1.25 size, while the replacement bolts are 10x1.25.

1999 Honda CRV
We don’t require emissions test her but my CC was so clogged that I removed it then straight piped. However then all the extra check engine lights came on and I was already fixing 3. This was a decent price. Included all the hardware I needed to install since my old was flanges at each end. I haven’t been able to test drive the car yet because still waiting on other parts but it seems pretty heavy duty and fit as needed.

Good value
As others have said, the included bolts are the wrong size and the flange angles were a little off but otherwise bolted up fine and cel is off.
