Watch got scratched and bad customer service
Dropped my watch! Spring bar is weak, it detached to my watch it gave my watch scratches. I would given this NO STAR But the lowest is 1. Check the videoUpdate: bad customer service, told me to just put the original springbars. It defeats the purpose of the easy spring bar. Totally ignored that my watch was scratched because of their spring bars. Jeeezz thumbs down!Yeap blame the watch for the lugwith. great customer service. NOT! returned the strap!

Fantastic!! But, better for smaller wrists.
My God! These straps are beautiful! Love the new-car scent, the lush, velvety feel and thoughtful details like the second keeper loop made a little smaller than the first, so it holds the excess strap snugly in place. No turning inside out or wondering around my wrist, which I hate. I believe these are indeed Horween leather. Glad I got 3 to qualify for the offered promotion, which means I got them at an even more amazing price for genuine Horween. I have a really small wrist (5.6 in) but these fit perfectly, on the 7th hole, with 2 more to spare! I usually need to punch at least 2 more holes, to get a good fit. The 18 mm light brown fits my rather delicate vintage watch perfectly, so, it is true to size. It really makes my watch pop, and look more expensive than it actually is. Though undoubtedly beautifully made, these have unfinished edges - not stitched or painted, so are better suited to more casual or sporty watches. Also note that these may be on the short side, if you have large wrists. For the skinny wristed (like me) though, they are a godsend! Very very happy with these. Thank you Archer and Amazon :)

Nice, and very nice for the price
I got an Orient 2nd Generation Bambino Version 3 (what a mouthful) from my wife for my birthday, and I love it, but the stock strap is awful. I wear light brown leather boots and nice jeans and otherwise semi-casual clothes pretty much every day, so I wanted something to dress the watch down and look nice with my usual simple attire. For that, I'm really happy with this strap so far, especially for the price. I saw some nearly identical ones on Etsy that I liked initially, but they were double the price, and I couldn't bring myself to spend $60 on a strap for a $110 watch. Once I found this strap, I didn't hesitate to order it.I got the "Natural" color with "Natural" threads. The Horween Natural Chromexcel leather, which this is, seems to be pretty common, and people have been using it for a century. I really like the way it looks out of the box, but I've read it tends to look even better over time as the wear brings out light and dark spots. It was hard to get a true sense of the color from the pictures, but I'd say the pictures are fairly accurate. It's just a nice, neutral, medium brown. The main thing for me is I didn't want a rich reddish/orangish brown like a lot of brown leathers, and this one isn't. It's more muted and neutral. The last picture shows the strap against my Chippewa 6" 20067 boots, which are kind of an unusual color, but they are listed as tan. I knew it wouldn't be an exact match, but I think they go pretty well together, if you care about that kind of thing. The leather is soft and comfortable. The stitching seems to be well done. I don't really have any complaints about the construction. Now, my watch has 21mm pins, and it's hard to find straps in that size, but I've read of other people using 22mm straps with their original pins, so I went for it. I did have to push out the quick release pins this strap came with and use my original pins, but it works perfectly. The leather just fits, and I didn't even really have to force it in.The main complaints I read about this strap before buying it were that the quick release pins aren't strong enough and that the first leather keeper is too big. As I said, I am using my original pins, so I can't really speak to the first issue. As for the leather keeper, I suppose it's slightly bigger than it needs to be, but it sits flat, and I probably wouldn't have thought anything of it.I've only had the strap for a few hours since it arrived today, but I installed it right away, and I love it so far. If I have any problems, I may alter my rating, but as far as I can tell, this is a totally great leather strap for $32. I love the way it turns my semi-formal watch into a more classic looking everyday watch.

Best leather watch strap ever
I have bought many leather watch straps. It may seem excessive, but this is the best watch strap I have ever owned. It is solid leather, not lined or padded. It is quite thick, yet it fits in the watch lugs easily with the quick-latch pins. It is tough leather, yet it is soft and almost stretchy. The stitching is perfect. The stamped logo on the inside is cool. It smells really good -- like leather, not like glue, dye or other chemicals. This strap is the equal of straps that cost much more. This is obvious because they sold out almost immediately. I hope they restock at the same price; I will order several more.

Very happy gift recipient
I bought this strap for my spouse for a Seiko 5.Other places on the internet stated that a 20mm band width was fine to get for Seiko's (which are listed at 19mm)Those places are wrong! other bands may work at 20mm, but these are quality leather and do not fit in that smaller opening. However, with a very small amount of work with a small sharp knife (avoid cutting the stitching if you do this yourself!) the leather fit nicely between the watch lugs. The spring loaded bars posed a larger problem. They are much easier to put in and take out than normal bars due to their 'bolt action' quick release, which is probably great on all 20mm lugged watches, however they would not fit inside the smaller Seiko. We ended up removing the bars the bands shipped with entirely (had to stretch the leather with some very pointy tweezers) and reusing the Seiko bars. This was the most stressful part of the whole process as I really didn't want to scratch or scuff the new leather up!TL;DRThe bands are too wide for Seiko's, but with a little work they can be made to fit wonderfully (custom fit!). Spouse super happy with gift, acts like its a whole new watch.

Great strap,but....
...it's a very short strap. The product description says that it could fit up to an 8" wrist. Hmmm... I seriously doubt that. I have a 7 1/4" wrist and on a vintage watch which is 35mm in diameter (which is small by todays standards), I'm on the second hole, with barely enough tail to get through the keeper.Having said that, it IS a nice strap. Very supple, well made and looks great.More honesty in the description, and it would have got 5 Stars. This ain't fitting an 8" wrist.
