Works GREAT
Great for back pain! Soft flexible snd stays cold! Fits in sleeve great. You can place this on lower back and velcro around waist and go! Could make velcro longer for larger people but live this product.

I absolutely love this little pack. The clay really holds the temperature well for heat (which is what i use it for) and the sleeve is the perfect thickness to not allow it to burn but also not shield too much of the heat. I have used it for ice a handful of times and it does a decent job, but I find it loses that really icy feel pretty quickly especially If your body is really warm (I can run pretty hot). I feel it wouldn't be sufficient to ice injuries and keep the desired temp for the full 15 to 30 minutes you would want to ice something. It's still wonderful if you just want a nice cool down though!The plastic or vinyl material (sorry I'm not exactly sure which it is) encasing the clay is very thick and durable. I also like that it has almost half inch excess around the edge... you can grab it out of the microwave without burning your fingers. The directions are written on the encasement so you don't have to worry about forgetting them or losing the paper instructions. And the elastic band that's on it... ITS VELCRO AND DETACHABLE at one end so you can wrap the pack around a limb and then wrap the band around to hold it in place. The previous one I had... literally never knew that the entire time 🤣It's a nice feature to have though.All in all I think this is an amazing product and well worth the money EVEN If it were just a heat pack. Just beware if you want it for an ice pack specifically for injuries... it may not be your go to. Still giving it 5 stars because it's truly an awesome little pack.

Great heat/cool pad
This pad is flexible (it’s made of clay) and comes with its own cloth case, which makes it comfortable to use on various body parts. It has a Velcro “wrap-around” strap, which makes it easy to agree to knees, elbows, calfs, etc. Great that it can be used for heat or cold.Highly recommended. But if you need one for your back, I’d recommend getting the larger size.
