Looks Good, Poor Quality
I bought this item as a replacement for a canopy that I have had for several years. It was easy to put on and fit well, but sadly it didn't last more than a few months before being ripped to shreds by a brisk wind. Before it became a tattered mess, we had a thunderstorm come through and two small tears appeared on opposite sides close to where the canopy wrapped downwards on the frame. It was a normal storm and winds could not have topped more than 30mph. The next day the wind picked again and the canopy ripped on all four sides. and there is no way to fix it as the tears are not at the seams, but across the fabric itself. Very bad quality for something you buy at this price.

Dont buy!!! It rip so easy
I bought this in June 2019 and it only lasted a year. Every time it rain it leaves puddles of water just laying there make dips in it. It will not go away it just get bad. I had water dips in 8 spotsof the canopy. I had to keep dumping the water out by pulling on it.Will July 23 2020 we had a really bad rain storm I was worried that night. When I woke the next morning it was ripped up in 4 section. And the gazebo was down on the ground with a puddle of water sitting there.I should have listened to the reviews.

Better canopy than the original, but make sure to measure those diagonals across the support poles if you want fit!
I bought this for $150 from Garden treasures because my old roof (7 years) was tearing really easily and the patching got out of hand. I didn't know what brand I had, so I went by the picture looking real close to what I had ...and also was a 10x 12. A local retailer had one for $99 but after I ordered it they said they no longer had it in stock...so I came here. The good thing is the fabric has heavier duty threads sew into the canopy in about a 1/2" crosshatch style so if rips do start....they can't go far.The sun is the enemy of these roofs. The UV rays just disintegrate polyester fabric over time and then the wind can easily shred it. I'm lucky to live in an very dense wooded area so the sun only hits the tent about 2-3 hrs a day.I also had the problem as some reviewers had, and that was fitting the roof over the corners nearly tears the seams because of the tightness. But I did find out one thing afterwards in nearly destroying those seamed corners and that was to MEASURE DIAGONALS.I only measured the outside perimeter of 10 x 12 but forgot that you can "squeeze" a rectangle( the four poles holding up the structure) and turn it into a parallelogram, which is exactly what I had. When I measured diagonally across to each pole I found the distance to the first two corners was 1.5 inches more than the other two corners.... hence the two diagonal corners that were an inch and a half farther apart made an almost impossible task of pulling the tent across the corners whereas the other two diagonal corners slipped over very easily. To bring that cockeyed rectangle back into place I attached one of those cheap winching straps you use to hold down cargo. I put a strap between those two diagonal poles with the greater 1.5" inch distance between them and just winched the strap tighter until that number came down to 3/4" inch, which expanded at the same time the lesser distanced two diagonals, and low and behold the diagonal measurement was the same between all the opposing poles..... and the tent slipped over those corners snugly but not impossible. And this company I bought from was excellent. They said shipping could be up to two weeks because of summer business and demand, but yet I got the tent canopy in 3 or four days and it was packaged very neatly. Couldn't be happier with them

Will Not last.
I purchased this Only 5 months ago. My husband looked at it yesterday & saw that it had a large rip in it on the top! Truly did NOT expect this. My husband always listens to the weather report. If it ever says that we are going to have high winds-He ALWAYS takes the canopy top cover down & then puts it back up when the "winds/storm" die down. It's a lot of trouble for him but he knows how much I love to sit out on the covered deck. Before this happened I would have given it 5 stars, but can't now. Would NOT recommend this cover. $ money down the drain!

Does Not Withstand the Wind
Purchased this replacement canopy in April 2020. It did not even last one season. Picture shows part of the ripped area .... being held together with clamps to get through the season. Unless you use this in an area that is sheltered from the wind, do not waste your money!

Pretty but worthless!
This arrived looking beautiful until it rained revealing moldy looking spots on the tan canopy. Ripped easily in mild wind and rain. My plants on stands stayed in place and this canopy ripped apart. I think it was partially dry-rotten when I received it.I should have returned it but I read the reviews where others had tried and decided not to go through the hassle.

Hoping good for one season.
Looks good but, thin material compared to original. Corner Seam started to rip pitting it on and top got small rip at one of the middle support poles in a few weeks. Loose fit and don’t think I’ll get multiple seasons out of it.

Disappointed in the color
Ordered this as a replacement top for the exact gazebo pictured. It fit my 10x12 Gazebo but it is only one color! the picture clearly shows the part of the cover that goes around the frame being a dark brown against the tan. It is not two tone! It is one color throughout. The material is also pretty cheap feeling. It's not the same as the original cover I had. Disappointed that the description doesn't mention the solid color throughout.
