This was a fun build. It’s a fully working replica that fires real wooden bullets reliably from its gun magazine cartridge.Surprisingly accurate with some good detailing. It has a range of approximately 12-15ft after this the accuracy and deceleration due to loss of velocity is apparent. However it’s got a lot of bang for your buck and won’t cause any significant injury, unless you are stupid enough to put your eyeball in the front of the barrel of the a loaded gun.The other good thing to note is that if you ever needed to repair it, it’s quite easy to dismantle.The gun magazine discharges easily and the bullets are easy to replace into it.It’s also a very reliable weapon and reloads and cocks every time which is amazing considering this is completely made from plywood. But I did sand oil and wax all parts before assembly which helped a lot.Great home project.The only downside was the elastic bands were of a poor quality.
