Frustrated
Bought this system last fall to install at our store. Drilled holes and ran all the wires and setup for few days and hooked everything up and all worked great. One week later one camera quit working. Tested it and the camera and wire to it were not working. So I had to tear out wire to that camera and rerun the wire and camera. Worked fine for two weeks and now another camera has died and it is wired through the walls and way out front. So now I either buy more cameras and wires that who knows how long they will last or go elsewhere, I decided to buy a different more reliable system. I wouldn't recommend this one at all. All the wasted time running wires and cameras that burn out or quit at the drop of a hat. My system I have at home isn't like this. I wouldn't recommend this system.

Clarity of image is very good
The image quality is very good with respect to color & clarity. Their tech support person, Owen was very courteous in walking me through a troubleshoot when the camera was not coming on live my mobile phone. He discovered that it was due to a bad cable which was changed & bingo, the camera came on live on my mobile phone! Am very satisfied with the camera's performance.

There is no service support!
Not sure who wrote information about their support but when I emailed and called service, I received no response.The product is great, cameras are good, software has plenty of options, but no instructions are available in the package or on youtube about setup and installation.For the average or basic installer this will be a software nightmare.I would purchase something that guarantees tech support 24/7.

As advertised.
Great system, easy to use and install. Original shipping issue was correctedat once with no problem. Owen has helped me on setup when I didn't quitefind my way around the program. Very happy with product and support.
