t can be frustrating buying vitamins, since it is difficult to evaluate and compare various brands for effectiveness, and one rarely feels a cause and affect within an hour or two of taking the vitamin, so that there is a clear cause and effect. It seems that one simply takes vitamins over an extended period of time, and one must make a subjective judgement as to how any supplement contributes or affects one health, in context of everything else that they have been ingesting.With a headache, you can judge the effectiveness, as with anti-histamines, pain pills, and the like, but there is no immediate relief that can be judged by a vitamin. No fooling, my 90-year old dad is healthy as a horse, takes these daily, and claims to feel terrific. Not sure there's a causation here, but I'll keep buying them for him anyhow.
