Q: Do I have to raise the saniacess 3 to use extension pipe .?

We did not need to raise our toilet, the pipe was flexible. Our toilet sits on the floor as normal and this pipe goes through the wall. Our macerarle sits on the other side of the wall in our basement.

Q: can the macerator pump be installed outside the building 2x4 walls?

In relation to my toilet, I installed the macerator pump on the opposite side of a 2x4 wall.

Q: Does the angle have to be straight between the toilet and pump or is there some wiggle room?

It should be straight. There is not much wiggle room. 1/8 inch max

Q: Will this work on intelflo pump up toilet?

you could try but this is made specifically for Saniflow
