This pillow is pretty comfortable. I haven't used it much because honestly, it didn't help me sleep more comfortably. I know having a pillow between the knees is supposed to do that but I haven't found that to be the case for me. It is at first then I just get restless. I bought this after I had back surgery and I was not allowed to sleep on my back. The strap is a little long and hard to get it to be a snug fit if you have thin legs.But I think it could be a great product for some people!

It works fine. The velcro stays closed, it has enough padding. However, it's a bit of a pain as I roll around in my sleep. It will move around my knee because it's uncomfortable to have it too tight around my knee. I do use it under my arthritic knee as a pillow during the day as well.

Great size. Foam is very firm. Cover is removeable for washing. Cover is white and made of a terry cloth type material.

This would be really nice as a soft pillow to keep knees separated.I actually bought it to keep pressure off my elderly Mother's heel wound.I works great. Not too big an bulky, very soft so it won't cause pressure elsewhere or cut off circulation.I took it to her doctor and he highly approved!

A little bit too soft to keep the right space between your knees. But ... it's easy to use. If you do not need to keep your knees wide apart - it's a decent product.
