Flimsy handle and weird unlocking process
Not a high quality as expected. When I received this I was expecting a very high quality parts as it’s from a reputed brand. First of all the handle is very flimsy. Every time I have to unlock by lifting and handle enter my password and quickly push the handle down. When I contacted Sentrysafe I was told this might happen rarely when there is an airlock. But looks like I have to keep doing it as long as I own this unit. I am not happy with the purchase
