I tried the regular Serovital for the first time a while back. I had a hard time with the 4 hour window and I wasn't really noticing a difference so I stopped taking it. Then last month I found the leftover pills and decided to take them correctly this time. Virtually the next day I had more energy and my appetite was less. I ordered another month of Serovital and this time I got the maximum strength with the 2 morning pills and now I've just ordered another month. I know I've lost a few pounds and I will continue to lose the 10 lbs I've been trying to lose for over a year. It's a slow process but since I've been feeling so good, I don't mind. My cravings are less and I feel full sooner so I'm eating less. It's working for me.

I just finished my first month and ordered my second order. I am 35 years old, and wanting to shed about 20 pounds so I looked into these.I take these first thing in the morning with my other supplement regiment with a cup of coffee and water. The boost of energy I have is phenomenal. I stopped drinking my late morning Celsius energy drink because combining it with these supplements made me shaky. 5 stars for the long lasting energy and never feeling a crash. It makes me feel fresh, alert throughout the day and I've already lost a few pounds (coupled with a calorie deficit diet). The yellow pills I take a night I don't really see any effects with these but take them anyways cause why not lol. But I can't rave enough about that morning and extended energy throughout the day.

Seems to be working well, I sleep better and longer, advise eating after taking, it will upset stomach!!

Great product but side effects were extreme. I loved the energy boost of the AM pills and I felt like I ate less and had less cravings. Taking the 4 PM caps wasn’t a problem for me. I felt a great boost from the vitamins alone HOWEVER, this product caused severe acne. I confirmed this by stopping and restarting several times. If it wasn’t for the constant, SEVERE breakouts, this was a great product, although very expensive. Before and after pics

I have been taking this product for three months. I take it as directed with no food besides water two hours prior and two hours after taking the supplements. I have seen no change in my skin my hair my mood my weight etc.The red and white pills can be taken in the morning with food and they are the weight loss component. I have to say that I have changed my diet and I am counting calories but I think the few pounds I’ve lost Are due to that and my daily walks and workouts and not to the supplements.Overall I have to say I am extremely extremely disappointed. The commercial says “want to look decades younger not years decades “I’m 51 well I didn’t expect to look 30 years old I did expect - and certainly for the high cost - to see results after three months which I have not.I feel foolish for purchasing because honestly the before and after photos in the commercials or in any online promotion for this product the people don’t look decades younger in fact they don’t look younger at all perhaps they seem just more energized, and even that may be due to a cup of coffee. I believe you can skip this one.

Always feel great when I take these. Sometimes it takes a few days to get used to them. I feel like I have better overall physical health and emotional intelligence.

I really like it at first but after about 2 weeks i started to feel pretty bad. I hadn’t changed anything else so i figured it could be the vitamins and after a few days of not taking them I felt better

Worked good the very first time we took them. Then we stopped for awhile, and even after we went back to taking them regularly, they never seemed to work like they did the first time
