This product was not for me but it does work. The flavor is okay but I just couldn’t adjust to it, I felt bad at times and I just couldn’t get with it but my body doesn’t agree with every detoxing tea. Just because my body didn’t agree or my routine doesn’t mean it doesn’t work it was just not for me, still a good product because it will flush you out

Where to begin? I decided to buy this tea for bloating issues and to really detox since I don't use the bathroom as much as I should! I'm on day two but so far I really like this colon cleanse and will keep reordering. I was not sure on how to use it so I contacted customer service and they were extremely helpful and responded very quickly. With this colon tea you drink it twice a day for 10 consecutive days than take a 7 week break and continue.The flavor is amazing! I'm from Brazil and this reminds me of a tea my grandmother used to make for me growing up. Tastes earthy like chamomile. You can drink it hot or cold. I like to drink mine warm. My first day it worked right away after the first dose. I had two bowel movements. Second day I already had another one in the morning. Had a slight headache but it went away after drinking lots of water. Remember to drink plenty of water while doing this! I also don't do dairy or gluten and no fatty foods. I drink almond milk, eat gluten free pasta, bread, pizza, couliflower rice regular rice and splurge on occasion once a weekend. It is important to eat clean while doing this. Stomach cramps were minor. Definitely nowhere near when I took pill laxative!This review is my honest personal experience. Just remember we are not all the same. Eating a balanced healthy diet, exercising, plenty of water is encouraged while doing this cleanse!

Get ready for a little TMI. I am not one who is "regular" and I can feel very down, sluggish and bloated. No matter what I put into my diet, nothing seemed to help this problem. I eat right, workout 5-6 days a week and still only go once every couple days. I started out drinking it twice a day but that was a little too much for me because I couldn't leave the restroom! So I went down to once a day and it has fit my lifestyle perfect. I drink a cup right before bed. Even on hot days, the cup of hot tea relaxes me before bed and when I wake up I am ready to get rid of my daily toxins and go about me day. I only drink it Monday through Friday and take a break Saturday and Sunday because of the senna. Too much and I get bad stomach cramps. It definitely does it's job, it tastes like a regular tea and it has helped me feel a hundred times better. I would recommend it to people but suggest to follow your body and what it is telling you. If you are going too much or getting stomach pains, adjust it to what your body can handle.

So far it's only been one day 8ve been using it. I drink it 2x days (even though there's 3 diff answers to how long or often to drink it. But it's tastes really good to me atleast def makes you go to the bathroom a lot but honestly I needed that for sure so no complaint there lol. I did def have stomach cramping but since I've got most of the gross out of my system it's stopped :) so far would def recommend.

This tea really works. A friend recommended it for my stomach bloating. The order came very quickly and I started it the same evening. No lie...in two days my bloated tummy was flat again! No, I don't look like the airbrushed model on the box! But my normal flat un-bloated tummy was back! It was so noticeable that my 72 yoa mom noticed and asked what I did. So I shared the tea with her and she took it for a week but she went from looking like she was six months pregnant to four months pregnant. This is probably TMI...neither of us experienced any explosive bowel movements, it really was a gentle cleanse. But when you gotta go , you gotta go! So, make sure you have access to a restroom. Bottom line, I will be purchasing again and sharing with my friends.

The taste is very good. It has helped my bloating issues, and definitely helps with my food cravings. It also helps me sleep at night.The only problem I have with it is the continual stomach cramping I have throughout the day. I have a sensitive stomach so it doesn’t surprise. I have been drinking it for a week now and have lost 3 pounds. Going forward I think I am going to cut it down to a cup every other night before bed.For the price it is well worth it. My main reason for buying it was to stop my severe stomach bloating, and it has done that.
