Skyflame 18 inch Square Fire Pit Burner Pan with 12" Round Fire Ring - Drop-in Style for Backyard Fire Table - Made of Steel

I replaced an old rusted out fire box with this one. Very pretty. Worked great!

I had an older fire pit with an 18" pan in it and needed one that would fit over the top of that hole. I took a gamble on this one since the overlap should be enough and it fit perfectly. I did have to go find an adapter to get from the 1/2" pipe to 3/8 flare connection but I was able to get that a Lowes.

AT install out the box the plate that holds the ignitor was missing, only the blank off plate was included. When I contacted Skyflame I was told return items could be missing parts so most like that was the case. This cannot be possible since the item was purchased and advertised as a new complete item. Was only given option to have the item ordered fro China and hope and wait until it arrives at some future unknown timeframe.

Excellent fit, well built, great burner, easy to light. Replaced old burner and made the old fire pit better than new!!

I purchased this to replace a rusted out vessel burner. Works great!

There are no instruction or guidance with this product I have emailed th company with no response. At this point the replacement burner and fire pan are useless to me.

The unit itself looks fine. The problem is that it comes with zero instructions regarding the connection to gas. This is quite important if you don't want to blow yourself or your guests up!The connection could be one of three types and a number of sizes 1/2, 3/4 or 1 inch. NPT, BSPP, BSP and you can't get this wrong. So it would be useful if the seller either provided the information or responded to questions. I would have given a better rating if I could have this established.
